We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria, primarily within Lagos and nearby regions.

Delivery timelines depend on location, product type, and availability.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate to avoid failed or delayed deliveries.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• You received an incomplete order.

To request a return or refund:

1. Contact us at support@surprisesbysteph.com with your order number and issue description.
2. We will review your request and provide next steps.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Please note:

• Custom or personalised gifts cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

• You may do so within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return under our refund policy.

To cancel an order, email orders@surprisesbysteph.com immediately with your order details.

8. Vendor Partnership Terms

If you join our Gift Vendor Community:

• You agree to supply authentic, high-quality products as listed and approved by Surprises by Steph.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including product safety and intellectual property rights.
• Payments to vendors will follow agreed terms and timelines.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend any vendor who fails to meet our quality or service standards.
